I wanted to share some info/pics of this dash mount, which I’m really happy with! I like the fact that you don’t have to drill the dash as it uses hooks into your vents to secure the backside. I have the AR S.L.A.P. so I had to drill a couple holes to retain the other 2 mounting points.

I first removed the SLAP and attached it to the mount and aligned the edges. I used a tap to mark the holes and drilled them out, then smoothed the edges with a Dremel. Touched up the pint with some flat Rust

It comes with several adhesive pads to keep from marring the dash. I also attached some in the front, just in front of the main screw hole (where my thumb is) as once you tighten it down, it dips a little. This helped to straighten out and keep the edge level once snugged up, as well as protect the front edge from marring.

I I used BulletPoint arm (standard size) along with their 20mm balls and wireless charging cradle. The cradle is really nice, has some height adjustment on the bottom support and once you place your phone in the cradle, it senses and automatically snugs the sides.

Is the ball mount on the back of the bullet point charger solidly attached or has the ball to ball adapter?

That looks really good, and I'm assuming doesn't interfere with the speaker. This looks like something I should add to my wish list.

In the balmy Phoenix summer, that thing is gonna be a ball of heat on the dash!

It does go over the center channel, but doesn’t seem to impact much, if at all, given the slots.

I’m in Tx, so yeah I get you, but I don’t expect to be groping it! :ROFLMAO: Might work to grill a steak in a pinch?!

Seriously though, it works great with the Bulletpoint accessories and I haven’t needed to mess with any of it once I got it all set like I wanted. My phone stays super steady also and I have no trouble reading it a glance.

Nice, I like that - saw it at Super Cel East. Would have been my choice, but I already have the Bulletpoint RubiGrid system which is another solid option, but does require screws into the dash. I can't forsee ever removing it, but if I ever did I would just get the anti-slip dash pads which would cover the screw holes.

Do you happen to recall what length of mounting arm you chose?

It was the standard 5.9”. I also got the long just in case, but the standard worked perfect for this spot.

I didn't realize there was another option similar to the bulletpoint.

One mod I did that you might be able to do was run the USB cable through the mount arm to clean it up a little.
