Good looking out! I’ve been ignoring this issue since I created my thread about it, but I plan to talk to my dealer about this now that there seems to be a TSB issued

how do you see the tsb info, do you work at a dealer?
No, This is from the NHTSA site. I started a post with the link to all Bronco issues under this same forum section.

Back in early November, before this bulletin, my dealer had their water leak specialist come by and do some testing. It resulted in re-sealing these exact areas. basically a 5-6" strip of clear sealant between the front of the seal and the body along the outside corners. It was the exact same procedure as depicted here (minus the replacement of the actual seal). But just goes to show he identified the same exact problem area as Ford. No leaks in heavy rain since BTW

That is great to hear. I have had some naysayers regarding Ford's fix so this makes me feel better. There was a whole theory on water sloshing over the foam stop and that the drains were not sufficient. Well, maybe they were not sufficient when there are gaps in the window frame. :)

So if I'm looking at the pictures right, this is basically a TSB for the dealership to "obtain locally" a sealant and caulk the crap out of the gap shown?

I don't read a lot of TSBs but this seems like a really half-assed fix for a problem.

Replacing the seal is in there. That's the part #. The "obtain locally" are just generic consumables that don't carry a ford part #. Easier for the dealer to obtain through a local distributor than have Ford manage the supply chain. With the exception of very few small dealers, they're not going to Walmart and clearing out the shelves.

I took my 2DR in for leaks and hardtop quality issues. This is the first thing they will try. Order the part and then you come back usually weeks later when it arrives. Keep in mind that you are probably going to be the first ever for these installs. I don't think they installed the new header correctly. You can see parts of the adhesive backing poking out. It definalty did not look like that from the factory. It don't seem to leak in the middle anymore but leaks MORE from BOTH A pillars now.

Language from the TSB....

Ford Bronco TSB 21-2403 for Leaking A-Pillar and/or Windshield Header 1643229021595

They must have ignored the note.... or looked at the service guide AFTER blindly installing the new header...

Still no word on the photos of my hardtop they sent off to Ford. I have a lovely example of a dirt mountin MIC 1.1 hardtop.

I had a leak from one "header bolt" I thought the hole was stripped out, but I guess it didn't have a nut on it or the nut came off. I put RTV on it and it stopped the leak. I'm not sure if I really want to take it to the dealer and have them remove the whole seal just to put a new nut on.

So caulk the crap out of the header, sounds like a fix I would come up with but I'm no engineer.

Mine has only leaked once during a heavy rain storm. Water came pouring down off of the overhead switches onto my lap and shifter console when I pulled out of my parking spot at work. I sopped it up with the napkins I had stored in the glove box. It hasn't done it since even after a couple of touchless car washes so I chalked it up to me not latching the top down correctly.

Never had a leak from there. Yes on both A Pillars and once from the roll bar above left shoulder on drivers side. Your assumption about not latched correctly may be right on target. Time will tell.
