Impressive, I’ve got 60k and have replaced the front differential bolts (second time they’ve broke) tonight, yesterday a broken sway bar link and in the past week 2 CVs (had fun at Bronco safari).

I'm too scared to calculate the cost of gas to get there. Hopefully you were driving for work.

Edit how did you survive all that time with stop start on!?

62, 500 miles per year - just a bit over 1,200 miles per week.

🤯

My MY'23 (delivery in May '23) sits at 27K on the clock.

Were these repairs due to off-roading? Or daily driving?

Have you had HOSS 3.0 since new? Still on original set? My understanding was they had to be rebuilt every 60(?)k miles. I’ll be happy to hear if that’s not the case, love my HOSS 3.0 but am dreading being down a week when I have to send them out for rebuild..

It get used off road in the rocks, if it were just driven on the road I would imagine it would be fine.

That amount of driving every day is impressive and frightening.

At what mileage do you plan to get a replacement?

Yes broken fdu bolt just happened to me! WTF?? And right side cv. So not sure if bolt broke first then diff moved out of alignment and cv bound up or cv bound up and all the xtra torque snapped the bolt? At any rate upgrading to the ultimate Dana 44 fdu with 32 spline half shafts.

250K-Do you ever get out of it?
Yes. I bought an old F250 for the farm and as a backup.

my rule of thumb is if I’m ever stranded especially on an interstate it’s gone. Came close when I didn’t change spark plugs like I should have.
