38's Installed today on 4.5" Lift, Fuel Blocks, 42" Quake Lightbar, Smiitybuilt, NFAB, DV8, MTO

Just got my 38s installed today and they ride better than the 37 I previously had. The motor 2.3 handles them well too, just went on a 420 mile trip with them and it did very well.

Mod list:
4.5" inch lift custom
JKS Big Tire Kit
18x9 Fuel Blocks wheels
DV8 front bumper
MTO rear bumper
R/C fender delete kit
42” Quake windshield lightbar with their bracket kit
Smittybuilt winch
NFAB sidesteps

Which 37s did u have, so I know to avoid them

Not saying they were terrible but the Toyos just ride and balance very well. I had the Mickey Thompson BOSS

Did you do anything else with the suspension?
Do you plan to rock crawl at all?

Just wondering if we should expect a future post about broken tie rods and other issues being Ford's fault.

As mentioned in another post, I have a JK on 1 tons and 40s this was built in order to bring the Jeep for tougher trails.

How does it do in beach sand?

Do you feel you need the extra 1” for the 37’s? I’ve got the same wheels on my wife’s bronco 3.5” lift and there might be room until full compression.
