Does nobody buy from small town dealers anymore? Big dealers are so bad.

Team Ford in Woodland, St Helena Ford in Napa county or Sanderson Ford in Healdsburg.
I ordered from Zumwalt Ford in St Helena. Waiting to hear back from them on X Pricing and ADM. Have never bought from them, but I am local to the area and have heard great things. Definitely a small town operation.

Looks like there will be at least 2 first editions in SF... What color you leaning towards?
If they don't add more colors/options to the interior and exterior, I'm stepping down to Badlands so I can have matching a color palette. ?‍♂

Gun to my head on the four given? Cactus Gray or Orange.

Walnut Creek for me.
Bought a couple used cars from them and it has been an overall good experience. I see from some of the other threads they are no ADM and will honor x-plan. Already got an email from the “Bronco specialist” who is actually the guy who sold us our Expedition.

Shopped Future Ford Concord a couple times and walked out due to douchey sales folks who I felt were trying to pull one over on me. Though I believe they are also going to honor x-plan. Haven’t really dealt with anyone else except Ford store in Morgan Hill who were also pretty good when I was shopping for my fusion but did not end up buying from them.
Hey Spmyers86, did you speak with Shahram Tavakol at Walnut Creek Ford? I spoke with Shahram, and the told me he was Walnut Creek Ford's "Bronco Specialist". Just wondering how many "Bronco Specialist" Walnut Creek Ford might have? ?

Zumwalt is great, and you can deal directly with the owner if you want. I’m sure they will be msrp or slightly below and x plan if ford allows.

Yes
Shahram is who I have spoken with.
Thanks for the reply. That's good to know. I texted with Shahram within the hour. Shahram said "Walnut Creek Ford will honor X-plan pricing (haven't heard of any trim exclusions) and will not be asking for ADM on the 2021 Bronco". Walnut Creek Ford is my dealership of choice.

This is awesome information - thanks everyone!

Is X-plan available on all vehicles and who is it decided by (manufacturer or dealer)

My biggest concern as mentioned is that dealers COULD switch last second after the “October reservation deadline”
Hi Bronco38, I see your down in San Jose, but for whatever it's worth? I texted with the "Bronco Specialist" at Walnut Creek Ford today. Here's what he text me. "Walnut Creek Ford will honor X-plan pricing (haven't heard of any trim exclusions) and will not be asking for ADM on the 2021 Bronco". I hope this helps answer your questions.

Im only a few hrs north of SF and also have a FE reserved... Is it time to put together a group FE purchase????
I'd be in for this... Presuming the FE ends up with agreeable options and I still get it.

There are a few threads like this for SoCal dealerships. I'd like to start up one to share any experience with our options up north so that we can maybe highlight the most consumer friendly choices while we're still able to change reservations.

I've personally had experiences with a handful of Bay Area dealers as we purchased an Explorer in the past couple of years.

San Leandro were complete douches and we don't go to them for any reason. Livermore is my wife's preference and the one I was able to get the reservation through with. Back when we were shopping I found them to be a little on the pushy side and slightly loose with thier information. Walnut Creek was an overall solid experience and is who we would have purchased from if they had our vehicle specced out the way I wanted. Future Ford Concord is where we bought because they had the exact options in inventory. No complaints there really but I think Walnut Creek offered the best overall experience.
Im from walnut creek and travel all the way to Folsom Ford best easy in and out no BS experience ever had at a dealer
