help getting a factory roof rack?

does anyone know how to get a factory roof rack for a reasonable price? i couldn't order it bc i have a FE and the gross vehicle weight restriction or something doesnt allow you to get it. considering it was $325 to order from the factory ($365 for 2022) my dealer is saying i have to buy each individual piece and its going to cost in the neighborhood of 1500-2000k!! seriously how is that possible that ford has all these accessories and the complete roof rack isn't available?? help please and thanks in advance guys!

It’ll be released as a kit eventually. Just gotta wait. Supposedly soon…but, I would expect $500-800. Everything is more expensive from the parts counter than factory upgrades. For example: block heater is $100. Parts alone: $300+

But, there will be better aftermarket options anyhow.

If it is an accessory it could be 15% off right now. That I might consider. All I would have to do is fabricate 2 brackets extending through my softtop side windows where the attach (just velcro) to the top.

I think I'm going to wait for BadAss Tents to get theirs out
