Fords traceability of their vehicles is abysmal. They all come with connected service that constantly monitor their locations. They could easily allow you to track your order. So no, they’re not Amazon, but they could do better.
My Bronco is currently MIA. Dealer says it’s still in the rail car. Train company says the rail car is empty. Both are just pointing their fingers at each other and I’m just stuck in the middle… Ford can literally trace the car if they wanted to. My F-150 tracks my driving habits and saves frequent locations such as “Home” & “Work” yet Ford can’t find a bronco supposedly lost in a rail yard…
