I didn't know it was functional. Is it actually vented? I guess I just don't like the big plastic piece. I wish it was shaped and painted like the fender pieces.

yes, it’s vented to work with the fender vents to extract heat out of the engine bay. It’s designed for high speed desert driving

Given it's been a thing for quite awhile with either VIN 001 or other custom editions with the direct proceeds going straight to the stated charities, such as JDRF, and in this case the National Forest foundation and Outward Bound after the hammer falls at the auction. On these charity auctions the auction house doesn't even take a percentage of the proceeds.

It's a tax write-off.

Oh that's just the start of it. Too many doors. Those flares looked glued on. The regular Bronco Raptor flares are rubbing real close to a deal breaker for me. I wish they had considered something different.

Great looking Raptor, pretty sure Ford said it's just a representative of the actual Vin #1, which will be built in May. The winner of the auction gets to spec it out to their liking.
