My Unpopular Opinions:

-I don't care if people confuse the sport with the full size
-I don't care if you don't like my color/trim/# of doors, etc.
-I'm not offended if people buy a Bronco and it never leaves the pavement.
-Ford only screwed up some aspects of this release/rollout, the rest were due to the effects from variables out of their control
-I had a great dealer experience (no ADM, quick response time to my questions, easy purchasing process)
-Popular opinion?: the Everglades and Raptor trims are a huge disappointment.

This thread has proven that the greatest essence of the Bronco are the thousands of combinations available to us!

Then just leave them on?
The issue is that removable doors force other design compromises that are undesirable for some.and put people in danger. Like kids especially. Just wait until a Bronco full of teenagers or a family gets t-boned.

I think somewhere in the executive ranks there is a high stakes game on how long 1st week reservation holders will hold out. Like somewhere there is a sheet of paper with boxes posted to a corkboard in a meeting room and William Clay Ford Jr has 985 days, day 3 res holder. The prize is a coke. Something similar to the movie Trading Places.

Hmm. So I need to come up with the perfect comment that makes the Raptor forum disappear, but doesn't get me banned altogether.

It scored highly in crash tests. Don't be silly.

My unpopular opinions
4 doors are ugly, and not as genuine as a 2 door.
Outer Banks wheels are disgustingly ugly.
The retro Bronco emblems look tacky on the current Bronco.

If you install front mud flaps to protect your paint but don’t install rear mud flaps to protect the paint and windshields of cars behind you, you are a (insert insult here).

Were those tests done with the doors off? I have seen too many crash victims with limbs amputated by partial ejection in rollovers and otherwise killed or injured by ejection or t-bone impacts, particularly in vehicles that did not meet modern side impact standards, to agree that doors off is simply a matter of freedom of choice. Buy it and put yourself at risk if you like. But kids and adult passengers may not have a real choice; or may simply be ignorant of the risks. Hope you explain that to them before exposing them to it. I enjoy the other features and will buy the Bronco for those reasons. I can drive with doors on, I don’t want an Explorer.

People who only accept their personal opinions as the only choice as if nobody is allowed to free think.

ie “4 doors aren’t real Broncos”
”if you don’t wheel your $50,000 brand new rig hard you’re a poser”
”if your Bronco doesn’t have_____ it’s not a real Bronco”
