First off thank you for the great coverage and pics ! You know we thirst for knowledge.
I think its cute but good gosh how about the weight?
Wouldnt it be better as a stand alone trailer? I would never take the nimbleness out of my rig,its not my cup of tea but neat concept.
And the whole "overland" term what else is there overwater, insky,sounds kinda euro to me its camping always has been.

A CB antenna needs a good metal ‘ground plain’ to work properly. Plastic roof panels, no ground plain. I’ve messed around with CB antennas now for 50 years and a fender mount does work pretty well with the nearby metal hood and fender.

Yes, but it seems as if Ford will have a factory lockable cargo lid. That's a surprise. No waiting years for the aftermarket.

Looks like the wheels are $275 per piece and should total to $1375 and Sasquatch should already have the 35 inch wheels, why would it additional $3,500 ?

Video stated they were 37" MT tires. I did a very, very, very quick tire pricing for a set of 37" MT's plus the wheels, plus sales tax, shipping and install and roughed it out to $3.5K

Not really all that much to spend on a set of rolling stock. I was regularly over that with track wheels/tires, and the tires surely didn't last very long compared to those MT's!

Unless I heard him wrong, I believe he says 35” tires in the video.

Two big takeaways from this reveal:

• Area 51 has really grown on me and I think will look the best out of any color over time.
• There is not a single factory rim/wheel combo that looks as good as the ones shown here, which pretty much puts me in a position that I will be replacing my tire/rim combo right away.

This build may have just solidified exactly what I want for my Bronco. Area 51 for color, rims, lights, the whole package. If I can option for the front lockers for the Black Diamond, I'll probably stick with that versus jumping up to the Badlands.

Should also point out that with an aluminum hood and fenders, that spot is even better than if they had steel panels.
