There are many things will be missed about the old FSB's which are annoyingly left out of the new Bronco. I'll still love the truck, but it doesn't stop me from being pissed off about a few things.

I feel you on that. Love it so much but wish they made the shell look more like the FSB like in the BroncoG6 renderings.

Let’s hope they at least incorporated the FSB’s passenger seat movement.

Oh yeah I constantly found things back there I thought I had lost for good. My first (86) had two 15” subwoofers ? with a box that filled the back ?.
I was so cool ??.

I was the same way. I had two big subs and an amp in a box for the back area. It took up most of the space. Replaced all of the speakers with higher end ones and one of the first MP3 playing stereos on the market. Even had a RGB color changing screen. Good times

It's fine if you get her a nice car to drive the kids around in.

She's got an Enclave to drive the kids around in, but It'd be nice to not have to dismantle my kids to put them in the backseat. I mean, we'll find a way.

Well it looks like I've been demoted to a 4-door now. Those front seats don't move near enough to get my babies, which are both in rear facing seats, in the back. My 2-door dreams have been shattered. There goes the money I would have saved.

Ford really screwed us here with the back seat entrance. There is like another 7 inches of space where the seat could have slid further forward and made ingress to rear an actual possibility.

So now we have a beautiful 2 door with rear seats that have similar space to the 4 door minus the middle seat but NO REAL PERSON will be able to get in.

Add to that the fact they didnt make the now-useless rear seats have the ability to fold up and give u an increased flat cargo floor.

Its clear that Ford is pushing people to the 4 door so it can collect on those 4700 dollars for a couple of extra doors.

I've joked in the past about the kids climbing up on the wheels and crawling over to get in, but that might actually be the most efficient method of ingress and egress for any rear seat passengers...

Did he slide it all the way forward though? It didnt seem to hit any stop and was more of his motion just to show how it all functioned.

They are 8 months and 2 months so they'll be 1.5 years and about a year old when delivery will takes place. And yes I have an early reservation. It will suck and I don't know how I'm going to do it, but I'm hoping to stick with the 2 door. That is unless the wife puts her foot down.

There is always this (bad, unadvisable, legally unendorsed) option...
