yeah i don't get the whole subaru thing. i know they make some good cars, like a lot of people love WRX's but i guess i'm just the wrong demographic. I do not get it

I think they make what is practical, and most people like some sort of bling, whatever that is to each of us. A Subaru makes more sense than most sports cars, SUV, trucks, for a lot of people. Yeah, some of us will need to pick up a refrigerator some time, but most of us have it delivered. Yeah, we want a big-screen TV, but it actually fits in the Subaru with the seats down, and if we need to trailer our m/c somewhere, well, the Subaru has enough tow capacity. It'll tackle any trail most of us will ever want to drive. It just doesn't scream "I'M A UNIQUE SNOWFLAKE (just like everyone else driving one out of 125k 2021 Broncos)" as we drive down the road.

The Subaru is probably the greatest vehicle ever made, does (almost) everything (almost) anyone would (almost) ever want. It just doesn't speak to "car" people.

I like Subie a lot and own several. I think that is kinda ugly, though, even for a Subie. But like most things other than the Aztek, it'll probably grow on me some. Subies are reliable, comfortable, capable, and - importantly for me - very safe.

We'll keep my wife's Ascent, but I'll be swapping out my Subie for the Bronco.

Forester is technically an suv. I don’t see any difference between a Forester Touring, an Audi Q5 or a Bronco Sport Outer Banks.

All the people hating on an outback think an Audi All Road is just as disgusting right?

It'll be funny getting to the end of the trail, to the most remote "secret" campground after a few hours of "hard" wheeling to see that your secret spot was taken by a woman driving an Outback Adventure who just happened to hit the road an hour before you.

One of the cool things is this is the first of the "Wilderness" trims for other models. They'll probably have a Crosstrek Wilderness model, with slightly taller stance and better ground clearance. So many people are already building these anyway.

Sorry, friend, but you're wrong. He compared the SPARE TIRE to the SPARE TIRE in a Bronco Sport.

He did NOT compare the vehicle to the vehicle.

The words "Bronco Sport" occur a single time in the video. At 2:54 "Under the floor is a spare tire and unlike the Bronco Sport which has a miss-matched full sized tire, this one is exactly the same as the ones on the outside of the vehicle."

That is the ONLY time "Bronco" is mentioned in the video and it's a strawman of the highest caliber. It is the only time the Bronco Sport is mentioned at all in the video. Period.

The comparisons he made, starting at 7:54, were to the Honda Passport, Jeep Grande Cherokee, and Toyota 4 Runner TRD Offroad.
