So you
Sorry, friend, but you're wrong. He compared the SPARE TIRE to the SPARE TIRE in a Bronco Sport.

He did NOT compare the vehicle to the vehicle.

The words "Bronco Sport" occur a single time in the video. At 2:54 "Under the floor is a spare tire and unlike the Bronco Sport which has a miss-matched full sized tire, this one is exactly the same as the ones on the outside of the vehicle."

That is the ONLY time "Bronco" is mentioned in the video and it's a strawman of the highest caliber. It is the only time the Bronco Sport is mentioned at all in the video. Period.

The comparisons he made, starting at 7:54, were to the Honda Passport, Jeep Grande Cherokee, and Toyota 4 Runner TRD Offroad.
Sounds like you just admitted you're wrong.

Happy we could agree

We don't agree. I'm right, you're not.

Comparing a tire to a tire is not the same as comparing a vehicle to a vehicle.

Nice try, troll.

Kind of crazy the Subaru has about the same power as the Bronco, better final drive ratio (4.44:1) (when the Bronco is equipped with an auto trans), and better breakover angle, better mileage and the same tow rating. I think Subaru hit it out of the park,.

Hard pass - but so many will be sold in the PNW. I think one in 5 cars in Seattle area are Subarus. They all drive 5 MPH under the speed limit and can't merge.
Hands down, the worst, most entitled drivers on the road.

Over an inch more ground clearance than a base Bronco and the capability to go to all of the same places 95% of Bronco owners will go in a package that costs less and is more comfortable. Huh, I guess I'll have a Coke then.
It can also tow as much as the bronco.

One of the cool things is this is the first of the "Wilderness" trims for other models. They'll probably have a Crosstrek Wilderness model, with slightly taller stance and better ground clearance. So many people are already building these anyway.
Couple of years ago i needed a commuter i looked at the focus st and the crosstrek ,drove the st first then the subi. Oh boy i looked over at the salesguy and i said sir i have driven alot of different rides this here is the slowest thing ever.lol
I think it was 16 sec to 60 hello st.

I'm so confused why people will actually buy these.
Lol.
600 lb rated roof rack for your tent.
Fold flat back seats...lol
9.5" ground clearance ... more than Big Bend and Base.
Same towing
Better fuel mileage (basically guaranteed at 26mpg hwy)
I can probably guarantee a standard cold weather package also.
Standard All Terrains🤣
IFS AND IRS!!! FTW!
Just rugged enough to give Cherokee and 4Runner a run for their money.

Fuck it, I'm out. Somebody link me to the canceled reservation thread.
I'm about to bump the whole list up by one....for an Outback! Lol!

Just wanna say that I severely dislike all the subarooster ads that pop up on my phone. I’m certain it’s from folks posting these things on here... and if it’s actually not, I still blame y’all

Oh God, the Crosstrek with the small motor is a freaking slug. Test drove one...once.

My Outback with the 2.5 does surprisingly well in my daily commute .... but if you are ever feeling "sporty" .... uhmmm, no.
