When you're LAST to the new model party and every stat you have is last-in-class, you sure better have a trick up your sleeve such as you suck better than Hellen of Troy or something. Her lips launched a thousand ships. The Frontier couldn't launch twelve guys to a Nissan dealership.

2024 Ranger will be the next model to this party, and when it's world-spec chassis has better stats than the US-spec Frontier that comes in 7 years after it, this "new" Frontier is going to sell to exactly the same group of people the 20-year-old Frontier sold to: Those who want the cheapest possible truck.

I read a 2007 one million mile Nissan Frontier rolled in last year. They re-badged it a 2021. I guess that's something.

I saw a TFL video this morning, and the passenger doors looked like they were smaller than the fronts.

When you looked at the shots of the rear passenger area, it looked like the bench seat from back to front was not as wide; looks to not have much thigh support, but lots of legroom.

Nissan may be last in class in most metrics but no doubt they will lead in 84 month 13% APR loan approvals.

That being said, I hope they are successful. Toyota seems to be dominating the JDM market. It would be good to have healthy competition with Nissan bouncing back.

Yeah, I'm normally not a big fan of pickups, but this one looks nice to my eye. I do agree it's shape is similar to the prior generation GM trucks, which is a good thing.
