No goat modes yet. I'm trying hard to break it in with ease. In my experience, tranny's needs more break in attention than the motor so I'm really trying to focus on feathering the throttle.
Excellent approach. Wise man! Just remember grandmas all love Sport mode with roof and doors off. They tell me it is wicked cool! ;)

I appreciate these posts a lot. This matters.
And, as a person who clocks every single fill-up with a calculator, I can say that our 2017 and 2019 vehicles do not display correct MPG. the only car I’ve ever driven that got within one mile of the actual calculated MPG was my 2018 Golf R. Every other car is 1.75 to 2.75 off. Every one.
🤷‍♂️

19 mpg not bad at all...just curious, what was your reservation date? order?
6:45am ET on 7/14 and ordered in February but was given a golden ticket
I really hope you guys get yours as soon as possible. I know it's easy for me to say, but it's absolutely worth the wait.

Congratulations, beautiful Bronco! 2 questions:
1. Are you happy with the MIC top quality?
2. How does a factory fresh vehicle get delivered
with 25 miles on it?

Thanks for the report!

...Your mileage will depend a lot on how you drive...of course...and how often you use the brake pedal...I just took a 320 mile trip over the weekend..all highway driving..bumped my mileage from 19.8...to 20.4...the brake pedal is your MPG's enemy...

No complaints on the Mic top!

As far as mileage... 🤷‍♂️ I really don't care.
I've taken delivery on a dealer trade at close to 250 miles.

I've only had mine for 3 days and only have 45 miles on it so hopefully it improves, but my average is 13.4 mpg. City driving only. No highway yet. Haven't been heavy on the throttle. Just normal driving. Did you experience this during the early miles? I have premium gas in it.

Honestly wouldn't be surprised if they took it down the road for a good power wash and stopped at the pump to fill it up. But like I said, I don't care. I'm fortunate that I can trust my dealership.

If it makes you feel better, mine started at 14.6 when Ieft the lot. I'm assuming there was a lot of idling involved.

Good job getting 19mpg. I am getting 16.4mpg in a 2.3L manual 4 door badlands. I think I was getting about 17.5mpg for the first 500 miles, not beating on it now but definitely more willing to rev it out. I also track miles and gallons on fill ups and would say the mog calculator in the vehicle is pretty accurate. Within 0.2mpg on the first two fill ups.
