I've got a non sas bads with stock mud tires and a 2.7...I'm getting a bit less than 13 MPG. I'm in an urban area, have about 350 miles on the Bronco since I picked it up, and I drive pretty freaking fast.

Am I alone here, or can anyone relate?

Thanks!

I have a tick over 500 miles on my Badlands with 2.3 and 7MT, 33" KO2s, and have been averaging 14-15 commuting to work. It's 8 miles, but takes 20 minutes with all the traffic lights and school buses. I have done too much Hwy, but when I did, the instant read was 20+

Edit: I also need to warm it up every morning and afternoon because winter, which skews the numbers.

You're getting slightly less than what I'd expect to get, there are people here who claim to be getting 20mpg, but I don't know how unless they're flatbedding their Bronco everywhere :p

I'm averaging ~16 mpg currently (with a 2.3 w/ manual)

As soon as I hit the highway my fuel economy goes down the toilet.

I think you meant to say “how small is the gas tank”

2 door. 16.9

4 door. 20.8

‘95 Lightning. 2 x 17. Still only went 300 miles!

My fill ups have been ~14 gallons for my 2 door.
To me, this is the only downside to the 2 door. I’m used to it with the Lightning, so I’ll get over it!

I should note, that I installed a Sprint Booster and have a blast on Sport mode 7 most of the time 😂

Thanks for the quick replies folks.... looks like we're about right...after reading all the material I thought I'd be getting at least 15 because I know how I drive.

Cool though...still love the shit out of my new baby... peeking at it out the window every few hours when I'm not driving LOL!

My 4.3 2000 Astro Cargo work van loaded with tools gets better than that. Glad my Bronco won't be a daily driver.

Both our daily drivers get 40 mpg and I still hate spending 30 bucks to fill up for 2 weeks.

I can’t imagine what my gas mileage will be on my Sasquatch 2 door when it shows up. I’m at 7200 feet. I guess 12 or 10 on a windy day with the 2.7?
