Well no one got an email that they were an early 2021 order. So the wording here is different. Still, my question is rhetorical. It would be shame to hear that one is an early 2022 order and not get a 2022. The 2022 email had a bunch of warnings of possible delays. This one did not.

I dont think so, since all he did was convert the order over and we made no changes. Dont see why that would have changed. But if it means I get my car earlier.... ill take it, just need them to throw a couple surfboards up there anyway. Can make do with the trunk space.

That is how mine was and the roof rails and crossbars disappeared when the order transferred to 2022. The dealer had to add them back in on the 2022 order; every other option transferred over. I had to get the dealer to fix it for me.

I received my email last Saturday at 2am which seems a lot earlier than others. Is there any significance to receiving the email earlier than others? I am a day 7 reservation holder with a Wildtrak with all the cardinal sins.

I am taking comfort in at least Ford has confirmed an order through my dealer. More certainty than I had yesterday.

Just got the email an hr ago, confirming exact build and that my order is actually confirmed. Looks like all of us are in "early 2022ville"

Yep, same here, just got it. Re-order was entered ~10/15 (dealer had trouble getting into the system, they started on 10/13). Had confirmed my order was in through the backdoor Ford.Com reservation page. Been there for a week or more so the email notification just took a while to bubble up...7/19/20 reservation, still no joy...

I got mine today. July 17th 2020 reservation and original order date January 20th 2021. Re Ordered October 13th 2021.

I got mine the day I ordered (non res) on Oct 22. While nice to get the confirmation that Ford received the order, I kinda took it as lip service. I’ll be stunned if I get a 2022, let alone “early” ‘22. I took the email as “thanks for your order, we’ll get to it after we make a bunch of dealer stock”.

I got that email also yesterday around 5:50 pm CST. First confirmation that I've gotten for my 21-22 conversion, besides the backdoor link using reservation number.
