I've learned a lot from this group and wanted to share my current build. After getting a quote of $1250 to install a leveling kit, I was motivated to learn to do my own work. The curve was steep, but the experience and savings gained were well worth it...especially the time I had the hydraulic sway bar disconnect fall on my face! Here is the list in chronological order:

I wish I had done the Eibach shocks first. Getting to the shocks is a real battle that I wince at the thought of doing it again. You’ve got plenty of room for 37’s now

Definite pain to get done, but there were a lot of lessons learned that would make a repeat much smoother...in theory. As for the 37s. I purchased the RTR EVO 6 wheels in satin gray. Looking to put on 37's before summer!

Custom vinyl overlay for third brake light - for sh*&$ and giggles! Not sure of the longevity considering the surface of the brake light is textured resulting in poor adhesion of the overlay. Fun though. Got it off etsy.

IAG internal dome light install.

Lights arrived in 2 days from Baltimore. Install was straight forward with the main challenge being the attachment of the t-tap to the wire harness in the fuse box. Its really tight in there with little give from the wire harness. Be careful when selecting the gray wire with the purple stripe. I almost selected the gray wire with the brown stripe. Head lamp and reading glasses helped me distinguish the two. Overall, I'm very happy with the lights!

Why did you have to remove the hydraulic sway bar?

I did it to have better access to the lower control arm bolts. I was following Stage 3 Motorsports video on strut removal. In hind sight, I could have just removed some of the bolts and moved the unit without fully removing it, but while I had it off, I took advantage and sprayed some of the nooks and crannies in the frame with fluid film.

Hey, thanks! I updated the original post with a photo showing before and after for the front driver's side. The rear is about 1 inch higher than the front to maintain rake.

I'm truly jealous of all of you that have the space, tools, and know-how to be able to DIY installs like this, I wish I had access to the proper tools and had the guts to just start taking things apart. I wanted to install a simple level kit and was quoted around $1200 from 4WP to install a $100 level kit =( so it didn't happen.

I started using these types of things 10 years ago for tapping wires. They work really well, and are more reliable than crimp style connectors.
