Bronco HOSS 3.0 Take-offs: Compatibility with 2021 Models?

Did you just change out the shocks? Noticeable difference in on-road driving?

I did the full swap springs and shocks. So much smoother and the rear doesn't slam to the ground as hard. I ramped up some curbs and was at ease where as the sas suspension felt like it was too stiff

Just for peace of mind before I order, do you by chance have the part numbers you bought?

Your front sway bar is fine. What that article is alluding to is the rear springs are a little softer (maybe) and to prevent too much roll in the rear Ford added the rear sway bar. The early models don't have the brackets for the rear swaybar, so we can't add it without a lot of work. There are people running the 3.0 coilovers without a rear bar and I've yet to see any of them complain. I doubt you would notice any difference.

As an aside, I have completely removed my front swaybar and am hoping Rockjock makes a rear bar that will fit the early models. I am interested in trying just a rear bar to see if it makes my front articulate more.

Either way, I think you will be fine using the coilovers on your current settup without any issues. You might want to join one of the 3.0 threads and ask if anyone feels their rear springs are too soft.

Hey, I bought some take off hoss 3.0 coil overs. I’ve been running no front sway bar for 3+ years now and it’s fine. Stock ‘22 Sasquatch with factory rear sway bar. Did you ever get a set of hoss 3.0 coils and run them without a front sway bar? Or any coil comparable with softer spring rates? I’m a little concerned since those fox ones are even more plush, feel like I could be in for a lot more body roll.

No. I went from the Badlands coilovers to Icons. You'd probably be OK with just the rear sway bar but I guess you never really know until you do it.
