I’m asking as just a thought experiment. Couldn’t they just feed them into the line as the parts they need come in? If they are just sitting outside in the weather, aren’t they going to be more cost later for ford? Wouldn’t the trucks underside and rotors get rusted?
I don't think MAP has the ability to re-feed completed Broncos into the assembly line process. More than likely they will bring those Broncos to another facility, either onsite or close by, and complete assembly there. Similar to what they did when swapping out the MIC 1.0 for 2.0.

And the underside bits that are prone to rusting are going to rust whether the Bronco is stuck on Dirt/Ice/Mud mountain or parked in your driveway.
