Congratulations! Odd that they skipped over a couple weeks of scheduling and went to Nov 1. My dealer said I'm scheduled for the week of 10/18, but that week of scheduling was canceled. I'm happy for you, but confused too.Add me to the list. Finally!
Build week 11/1/2021
Seriously. Anybody out there wanting an OBX in Cactus feel free to reach out. I'm not interested in flipping, just helping secure a purchase. I 'm just not in a position to buy.
Same exact build (High instead of Lux) and res date and got an email today too! Finally me as well! Two weeks ago I had wrapped up the Moab Off Rodeo event and accepted my fate of a 2022, even decided I may switch to that new Chili red color... But seeing these posts the past couple of weeks gave me new hope, even with all my restrictive options. The only items i changed from my original build were to a soft top and removal of tow package,, both of which I am fine getting later. I actually made that decision way back in May...
Looking forward to buying some mods in advance. BTW I was a July 20th Reservationist!
Not exactly. It has been determined that most dealerships received an allocation amount of about 30% of their pre 9/18/20(?) reservation total. So if a dealer had a thousand reservations prior to 9/18, then they would have had about 300 allocations. If a dealer had 10 reservations then they had 3 allocations. The odds are still the same. The one factor that screws it up is if a dealer had a larger influx of post 9/18 reservations. Those are eligible to be built but their reservation did not contribute to the allocation calculation. So I guess because of dealer allocations, the bajillion people on this forum who went with Granger are fighting uphill in the lottery against those of us who are working with dealers with only a few orders.
So what you think, get her home by early Nov?Same exact build (High instead of Lux) and res date and got an email today too!
Totally off topic, but I need that skeleton in my life. Where did you get it?Congratulations to everyone that got scheduled today.

So a lot to unravel here. 10/18 scheduling for today (new VINs)was canceled they will still schedule for that day. If you previously got a VIN it is very possible that you are scheduled for 10/18. Don't expect that to hold if you have a hard top, as they are retooling and changing the process of making a hard top. I was scheduled for dates from July 26th all the way through September 20th. i was notified a few days ago by my dealer I was pushed out to 1 NOV now to be built. A lot of this is speculation but that's what I think at least. Hope it helps.Congratulations! Odd that they skipped over a couple weeks of scheduling and went to Nov 1. I would Expect that if I were you.My dealer got my Vin over a week ago and said I was scheduled for the week of 10/11 yet still no magic email but the tracker does show my VIN. Guess I should expect to get kicked to November?
