For those of you who have taken delivery; how long did it take for your FordPass Reward points to show up? Been three days and no points. The salesperson said it would be about three days.

Mine said the same thing... took about a week for me though.

guys, it’s heeeeeeereeee!!!! i am at the dealership right now doing paperwork. already did the test drive and i am in LOVE!
thanks for all the positive vibes and messages!!! they aren’t marking it up but are definitely trying to low ball me on my trade-in, which i wasn’t having. i told them i was going to sell it somewhere else and that they needed to give me at least the lower end of the KBB value, which they finally just agreed to, so we are good to go!!! about to walk over to finance to finish up

Broke down and got on the phone with Ford today - they said the windshield recall is holding it from shipping? They said the tracker I have is the same information they have.

Honestly they have no idea what is happening - no communication or transparency. Dealership is useless as well. I'm thinking of ordering another one in August and see which one comes first.

They held mine for a month long "windshield hold" put it back on chip hold then shipped it after a month of being built.... Still with the windshield recall no fixed!

@Ford Motor Company thanks for taking all that extra time to "make sure things are just right" and sending a Bronco not only that the dealer can't sell me, but they can't fix either. Another 3 weeks wait for a glass specialist.

I think it takes a few days to actually put it on the train and get the car #. Mine went to Shipped on Saturday and on Monday Ford Chat was able to provide the numbers. I got the Shipped email overnight Sunday into Monday.

You were right, they were able to give me the car # today. Left Montpelier, OH this morning. About 750 miles to go!

Also, I asked my dealer about the recall and they said they hadn't heard anything about it. I'm sure once it gets there and they start processing it (whatever that means, I don't know the car business) it'll come up. I won't ask again though, if they want to give it to me without doing the recall I'll schedule that later

Salespeople don't understand recalls. When the workorder for PDI gets generated the VIN gets run on OASIS and the recall pops up. If you wana know ahead of time, call service dept or parts and ask them to run your VIN on OASIS

2. What site/service did you use to track it?

Alright, the spreadsheet has been updated again. The numbers are:
In production - 17 (9%)
Built - 23 (12%)
Shipped - 15 (8%)
Final prep - 133 (71%)

14 of the people still in production are MIA on the forums so that may actually be a smaller number. Those of us still waiting, hang in there! The odds are leaning in our favor these days!

22 days is quick! that’s just a couple of days longer than mine took. will it still be warm enough in august to get some good doors-off, topless driving in?

I’m hoping it’s that quick. There are the horror stories of it sitting at the Port of Tacoma for six weeks because “they couldn’t find it”. However I’m going to hope for the best and if I need to yell at Matson or Tote then I can do that too.

Add +1 to built/shipped. I think someone updated my shipped for me though, but just went in there and made the changes.

1. You can ask Ford support for it by calling or the live chat: https://www.ford.com/help/contact/ Your dealer may also have it but if they're as useless as mine I wouldn't even try it.

2. Check the OP of this thread, there are phone numbers you can call and go through their automated systems to track the railcar once you have the numbers.
