Need help
ordered 11/21. At dealer trying to close on bronco. But they are saying I don’t qualify for price protection.
I called ford customer service and the lady said they don’t deal With this.
The full price protection to the 2021 price level, yes. Retail order price protection should bring it back to the 22 level from the 22.5 level for orders placed prior to the close of the order bank for the customers on March 7th. At a minimum an order placed prior to that date should be protected to the 22 price level even if it invoices at the 22.5 level. As our week was scheduled prior to this it was already protected to that level at the time of the order.Price protection applies to orders/reservation placed prior to 03/19/2021

I have placed an order, will this mid-year price increase affect my pricing?
If you do not change your order after March 7, 2022, and take delivery of your 2022 MY Bronco, your order qualifies for retail order price protection. This protects the MSRP of the vehicle at the time the 2022 order was received by Ford. Final transaction details, including price, will be agreed upon by you and the dealer.
The only way it doesn’t apply for Retail Order Protection is if you changed anything on the order after March 7th. Otherwise they’re lying to you and trying to pocket the $2000 or whatever the price difference is since they will be reimbursed by Ford when it is sold. All dealers know how Retail Order Protection works. It’s been the same process for 10+ years from FordI showed that to my dealer and they said it doesn’t apply. That’s from the ford site.
I’m from the 4/4 build week and also just learned mine arrive in Blue Island early this morning. Heading to AZ. Wonder if we are on the same car? SFLC300148 is my railcar. It got to Blue Island last night ahead of schedule but now it says no ETA. Hoping it doesn’t take 6 days to get from IL to OK. Was hoping to have it by Saturday for my birthday. Do I have to get a new rail car number from Ford chat or can I track it the whole way via CSX
Talking into CSX is frustrating.... sometimes it takes me 5-10 times before it gets it correct. TT sounds like PP is the big problem and when they repeat it back it's not clear what they are saying. Make sure it's quiet and make sure your not on speaker phone and keep trying. Make sure no one is around or they will think you're nuts my wife just shakes her head and laughs at me. Mine reached it's destination now I just have to wait.I still have 20 or so more days left to wait. Also that CSX call in tracking thing stinks. Ford chat still said I’m in Blue Island with the transfer to BNSF. The telephone tracking sees no data. If anyone has rail car TTGX 710941 let me know
She's finally home! I'll have new wheels and tires on it by Monday as I picked up the Sasquatch wheels from the power coater this morning. Both of my daughters are pretty excited about the cool new ride.
Doubtful. I’m still sitting there waiting for CSX to stop dragging their feet and switch it over to BNSFI’m from the 4/4 build week and also just learned mine arrive in Blue Island early this morning. Heading to AZ. Wonder if we are on the same car? SFLC300148 is my railcar.
Yup, just called. Still no ETA. Very frustrating at this pointDoubtful. I’m still sitting there waiting for CSX to stop dragging their feet and switch it over to BNSF
so if the order was done on Dec 2021 w/ no changes afterward, the agreed price back them should be honored? The only way it doesn’t apply for Retail Order Protection is if you changed anything on the order after March 7th.
