Last fall a guy stole an elderly woman's car and crossed the center line, sideswiping my Bronco and causing me to roll over 1.5 times. I was lucky to walk away with just a scraped arm and a seat belt bruise. Although I did not have a dash cam the cops determined the other driver was at fault, even though he claimed I crossed the line. (Found out later this guy also defrauded the lady out of $74,000 -- he was extra special).

Today I almost got hit again by another dude not paying attention and crossing the center line -- but this time I had the evidence (just in case I needed proof).

I have the Mangoal dash cam and I'm happy to recommend it.

On the phone I'll bet. I've seen some pretty amazing YouTube videos of stupid/inattentive driving, as well as attempts at insurance fraud against innocent parties. In the latter case the perps left once they noticed the person behind them had a dash cam.

My cams for both vehicles have been ordered.

I honestly would recommend the @WolfBox 900 Pro Tri Cam w/ Front Bumper Camera. Install took about 2 hours but the clarity is awesome. I have used a lot of dash cams over the years mainly due to driving 94 miles daily for work. Was running a Garmin Mini 2 for the past two years but decided to try something new and clearer and I couldn’t be happier.

Very easy to install, looks absolutely factory, and just recently helped to prove my 17 year old was not at fault for a bumper kiss in his 2014 VW. I had jury duty two or three years ago an a third party's vehicle was in place to catch the accident on his dash cam. He sent a copy to the police. Made assigning blame very easy.

My friend own's a moving franchise an they made all the agents install dash cams in the trucks. Less than a month later a lady turned right into the path of one of his trucks. A few days later her lawyer called saying she was suing his driver for hitting her. He said I don't think so I have it on camera. He asked for a copy an called back to say she misrepresented what happened.

I've got the Vantrue n5 - it records forward, interior, and has another camera that records out the back window and the rear seat (4 cameras) ... I'm very happy with it.. it has wifi connection for downloading clips, you can change the resolution of all the cameras through the app, set the sensitivity for accident/impact, etc

They told me they would have them ready for the 25’s in September, I will be buying one.

I went with the Redtiger F7NP 4k front and rear cam. Installed almost a year ago, works great so far. I recently used the video from it during my 3 week overlanding trip out west. Not for any incidences but for the memories. A 128gb SD card will record about 12 hours, so I had to remember to download to a computer daily.

Glad you're OK. Did you get the front only or front and rear? Self-install or shop? I've got to get one for my son's Escape, then the Bronco!
