2.7 performance tune ordering process & wait?

My local Ford dealership ordered the Ford performance tune for me about 8 weeks ago. They have still not received notice of when it should be delivered. It sounds like I am the first Bronco owner in our area to ask for this. I bought a Borla S and air intake that they are also going to install for me. Has anyone else had to wait this long to get the tune from Ford Performance?

Had mine in less than a week from Flip's dealership. Used my Ford points on it also from them. It shouldn't be taking that long.

That's odd it's taking that long. Did you contact Ford?

I’ve been in contact with the shop manager at my local dealership. He’s a big mustang tuner guy, so I think he knows his stuff. Just not sure why it should take this long.

As long as a certified technician installs it, should not matter where ford performance tune came from?
