I'm thinking the same way, but I need the space for extended trips ... dilemma
I’m thinking two door. My plan for extended trips would be roof rack and/or receiver hitch mounted cargo carrier. Between those two things you can make up for lack of interior space when you need it but still get 2 door awesomeness all the time and advantage of smaller rig when you don’t need to carry a bunch.

With the removable top, it may require an exterior type frame, like this ...

Nice to see the 35 inch tired snow jumping model in clear pictures. Looks great. Also just a feeling but that truck feels like a street performance model. The tires, stance, and ride height just feel more sporty.

I've got that space in my Jeep. Ummmmm, I wonder if I can talk the wifey out of her Mustang into a 2 door Bronco. I gotta start working on some preliminary plans......:)

Trailers and hitch mounted carriers really mess with your driving dynamics. I may be back to the 4-door.

I do understand west. I wanted a 2 door Jeep, but it just wasn't practical with the wife owning a 2 door car. But, it turned out to be a good decision. With the ability to put the back seat down you've got the best of both worlds. You can haul other folks, or haul a bunch of crap with the same vehicle.
