Random question, has anyone tried putting 2 hard shell (cheap) kayaks sticking out the rear window of your Bronco? I'll have 35" tires but that's not a big difference. Hopeful that folding back seats forward in a four door that it will be possible to fit 2 kayaks. With the luggage rack not being an option i'm wiling to sacrifice the upholstery to make it work

Probably won’t work with the spare mounted

I don't think that's likely based on the experiences so far with my Bronco. That back window isn't that big, and the spare is right in the middle.

Why no roof rack? Aftermarket is or will be available shortly. Get a hitch step to reach up if needed.

love to do the rack but I don't see anyone providing a solution other than Ford. Someone inquired about the parts from Ford (not an option for a 2.7L, 4 Door) and I think it was around $2,000. Hence, looking for other options. There are plenty of options once you have the factory roof rack. Appreciate the input on window size and it confirms what I expected. Maybe foam blocks on the MIC
