With the factory rock slider removed, what does the side view of the pinch weld look like? Does it need a Cover or additional protection?

Sorry. My eyes are immediately drawn to(what looks like) the welds that are not ground down.
Can you take a photo of the detail?

Just wondering, does anyone have knowledge on how these sliders compare with the Go Rhino Dominator Xtreme D6 sliders?

It's painted, but not what I'd call pretty. The ZRoadz sliders use the same mounting areas and cover the pinch weld when installed. If I were going with no sliders/steps, I'd probably put a cover or something on it, but that's going to be up to the individual owner.

Love my GEN 1 zRoadz sliders! Great for rubbing on rocks and here in PA, trees on tight trails.
Thank you for the feedback!

I masked the area off and sprayed them flat black. Very happy with the result. $7 for can of paint.

Looking under my steps I see rust at most areas where there are welding points. Is this normal? Also the front 10mm bolt for the front of the step is heavily rusting on both sides. Are they not stainless steel or have a protective coating? The other 8mm bolts and nuts have no rust issues. Please see attached photos. Thanks for any insight.

We will! Just need to get these kicked off and running and we'll move on to the 2 dr
@ZROADZOFFICIAL Can you describe what the R2/R3 versions of the 2 door sliders will look like?
Your site is showing these as the R1 version.

2dr models will have the same styling just shorter. However, this may not be the case for the R3 Series as there is just not enough area there to pull the design off.

Thanks. The R3 looks similar but more streamlines than the 2 dr R1, especially the ends.
Any idea when they will be available? I should finally have my truck in a month.

We had a 2 Bronco scheduled for designed but's been postponed as we have (2) 4 doors in-house for additional design. So as of right now, it may be 45-60 days
