Have any of you guys seen recent information as to when Ford Performance might drop the tune for the 2025? I called the tech line and was told they are waiting on EPA approval but I’d bet there’s someone in the know who has better details.

I’m guessing Ford performance would know far before anyone on here

I’m sure they would but not sure they would be willing to share the information.

Well based on what the tech line said, I imagine only the EPA can answer that question.

In the past it was released late spring into early summer. May/June/July timeframe.

The obvious wildcards right now is the EPA layoffs, and the new 2.3L MPC engine which has never had a ProCal tune before. So I won't be surprised if it takes longer than years past.

I had seen the info on years past. Lets hope the EPA doesn't continue to drag it's feet.

I asked about it in late March talking direct to FP in person, the CARB stuff as usual is a PITA and its shifted a bit, Ford has everything in for the 25s across the board, but CARB has a minimum timeframe from production start of new vehicle on when they get approval/release its around 8 months min.

Any updates? Also, are there any CIA’s available for the 2025?

Pardon my ignorance, I just got my new 2025 two door badlands (2.3 engine) and I wonder why wouldn´t Ford do the tunning from the factory, according to how the vehicle is built? Thanks for your input.

Cause it's an add on option that they can charge for...
