I personally don't understand the 2 door mentality. If you'll never have kids, friends, dogs, go hunting, camping, etc. ok maybe it makes sense, until you go to sell it to someone just like you! lol
I personally don't understand this mentality of thinking that you can't have a passenger join you if you buy a 2 door. Or that people who buy a 2 door don't also have friends with off road vehicles that join on group trips. I'm not sure why I would spend the extra money on something I don't need just to please others. They are more than welcome to put some skin in the game and get their own 4x4 if there isn't room in the current group for them to tag along.

And I manage to do 10 day trips out of my 2 door so I'm not sure why you think we are unable to camp, shoot, or do anything else in the outdoors. Not everyone needs to bring 40,000 things to spend time outdoors.

I have both. The 2 door front seats are more comfortable to me, because the front doors are longer, so your elbow isn’t into the B pillar. Storage space, hands down the 4 door. I drive the 2 and wife drives the 4.

Hmm, We got my wife got a 4 door stock OBX and won't let me do any mods to it. Maybe a two horse family is the way to go!

How do you get into the backseat of the 2 dr? I have two kids 10/12.
YOU don't have to, those kids do. We had 2dr Bronco IIs when our kids were 8 to 16, no problem. Then the third kid came along and it was a 4DR Explorer. Now empty nesting and back to a 2dr.

I ordered a 2dr originally, mainly because I thought the 4dr was the size of a bus. After taking a 4dr BD on a 500 mile trip and actually reading the specs I see it is barley longer than my CX5. I did notice though that the door pillar is annoying in the 4dr because of the short doors but the extra storage, the extra range because of the bigger tank and the fact it does not feel like a huge truck at all, I changed to a 4dr and have no regrets. I still think the 2rd looks killer though!

4 door feels like I’m driving around in a city bus… Oh wait…

2 door feels like a tin can, especially trying to get anything into the 2nd row or cargo area.

4 door is much more practical for various reasons, IMO.
Bronco. A practical vehicle. Yep.`
2 door really not a tin can anymore than a 4 door.
They driver similarly and so the only real diff is the size.

Whatever makes you happy.
