3/20/2023 Build Week with spreadsheet

Build week moved up to 3/24 (Friday) & by Wed 29th email says "built", Thurs 3/30 email says "Your vehicle is In Transit or on its way to your dealership (Granger). Transit times vary based on your location and the plant where the vehicle was built." Estimate April 22.

This all happened so fast & took me off guard to say the least, was not ready. I know I shouldn't complain but its still a forehead-slapper after all the Ford stonewalling, vague information & shenanigans. Feast or famine as they say!

Now I scramble to choose mudflaps & try to find some OEM side steps that disappeared from the model year in 21 or 22 (?) I really liked those. These are damn close without the "Bronco" logo https://www.ebay.com/itm/314024673853 although some of the OEM take-offs I've seen offered are really scuffed & torn up, might not be too stout.

It’s interesting you say that. We are going to the Townsend TN celebration East April 19 and are hoping to have our Bronc by then. I think we will but my luck it will deliver on the 19th and we will be gone. I’m pretty sure after talking with my dealer today that it will be here early next week.

I got both last week. Wonder if there is a way to see if it’s on a rail car…

That’s good news. I don’t know about the rail system. I’m only 4hrs from MAP so it’s a big truck for the Bronc.

You can ask Ford via their chat. Tho I don't know how up-to-date their info is.
Or ask your dealer. They have a service called VinView which should pinpoint your trucks location....whether it's a parking lot or a train car.

I asked via chat today. I was 3/20 blend and 'built' by Monday 3/27. Figured it would have shipped, but not yet. It's still due in soon, I'm at Chapman in eastern Pa. It will be going to a rail yard in Wilmington, De, then trucked to Chapman (above Philly).
I jokingly asked 'what's taking so long'....their answer is the second block.

My WT had a blend date of 3/24, built 3/27, shipped via rail 3/31. Currently in Buffalo on the train. Expected to arrive at the railyard in central Massachusetts on Monday… then off to the dealer hopefully shortly there after.

I’m not sure I’ve seen anyone in this build week with a rail car leave going either east or south. I went to “built” on 3/25 and nothing since. Going to NC.

My WT left Detroit on 3/31 headed east to Massachusetts. Currently on a train in Buffalo.

This is the CSX rail map. Buffalo and New England have a nice direct route.
I'm above Philly, rail takes a different route.....Looks like Pittsburgh, down near DC, then up to Philly, and maybe NYC. I'm guessing on the routes, I don't have supportive info.
