You will be more than fine. I have a BB non-sas and running 37x12.5 Ridge Grapplers on 17x8.5 +25 offset on a 2" rough country lift and have no rubbing and no problems. 4" and 0 offset is fine, don't need to do anything special. Take the crash bars out and you'll be good to go.

Edit: The only thing that I would add, as I am doing, is either Fabtech or RPG tie rod kit for beefed up tie rods. Anyone with a bronco should do that as the stock tie rods are skinny garbage, but especially people with 37s. The M190 is smaller but fine to handle the 37s load as long as you aren't stupid with the skinny pedal. I've been running them on trails and the beach just fine even with stock tie rods.
Already have tie rod things on order!! I’ve been known to embrace the skinny pedal!!

Do you have tailgate reinforcement installed? I don't. I figured if I was never going to do any serious off-roading that I didn't need it.

I am using geolandar x-at. City ride feels same as stock sasquatch
I also use the Geolander x-at tires. They are a great ride!

Been reading this thread, good info and pics. I want to take my 2022 OBX Sasquatch 4-door from the 35" stock to 37" tires (Mickey Thompson Baja Boss A/T). I have 17x9 Fuel Block wheel with 1+ offset. I'm thinking about going with the ReadyLift 3" Lift Kit for Sasquatch Models. I believe the Sasquatch does not not crash bars, so no need to remove those. Would there be any other modifications needed to make this work for the 37" tires? I'm hoping no rub.

Also for the 37" tires (upgrade from the 35"), do I need the tailgate reinforcement bracket (looking at the one Rough Country sells)?

Thanks.

Great looking Bronco. My wife's will be here soon, also in NC. Ours plans are for 4 inch Fabtech lift and 37 inch Ridge Grapplers on 20s. Thanks for posting your offset. I was wondering if you removed your crash bars or if you did the max wheel kit? Thanks!

Hey. Came across you post. I have a 22wildtrak with sas. Your build is almost exactly what I was thinking of doing to mine. I’m just thinking 20” over 17”. How did yours turn out any issues? If you’d start over anything you’d change? Thanks.
