Called in for my weekly update, no movement, but I may have gotten someone new on the phone. She said that my vehicle was not only on a chip hold, but that also didnt pass QC, but couldnt specify why. First time I ever heard that. The eta for completion has changed from 7/25 to 6/12, which im sure others have heard similar. Got a feeling i wont see my bronco till the end of summer.

Mine has not shipped but is now awaiting shipment... And it has a status of built in the Ford trucker.

No shipping information yet.

I had not seen an an email from Ford since Feb., suddenly this morning I got my built email as well. It gives me hope that we might get our assembly line photos.

My FordPass activation request was denied again this morning. They must be moving my Bronco to another place where it will sit in the elements for another 2 months.

My delivery date is 6/6 to 6/12! Things are happening fast now! I am in West Virginia so not to far from Wayne Michigan. Blend was 4/21. I hope they are close with this estimate this time but not holding my breath! Luck everybody!

Any chance you guys can add whatever delivery estimate customer service gives over phone/chat in a way that’s automated?

Some dev hours exposing whatever API they’re getting the info from to the order tracker front end would cut down on customer time spent calling/chatting and (more importantly, from a business value perspective) would cut down on a lot of the calls/chat requests that the Bronco marketing team(?) are servicing.
