You don't need to lose traction to have torque steer. It's just exactly as it sounds, engine torque will influence steering direction whether the wheels lose traction or not.

It's torque steer. If you have a front locker try engaging it and try it again.

Agree. I'm sure the same would happen in 4H if I were to floor it.
