@Tor148 Any updates on your portal's rubbing?
Just got back from FL running with T.O.R.R.
with the Braptor, had a blast.
Leaving this weekend for builder convention will be gone another week....
So haven't had any time after cutting the fenders to really run it but was clearing when I drove it. Still didn't clear with sway bar disconnected. Going to look into what @Bmadda suggested. Also need to get the wheels balanced, install turn off road tire carrier, belly skids, rock sliders and new raptor display, and that is just the stuff sitting in the garage waiting to get installed!!
Lots to do!!!

And going to be gone next week too. Poor baby is just sitting in my garage all by herself lonesome!

BroncoBuster = Tibus = Germany

Quinn = 74Weld = Made in America

That is what I have always said.

Not sure I follow, I don't remember setting any rules, but ok. Did I miss something??? I do have "blonde" moments occasionally.

Has anyone figured out how to program the 5.734 axle ratio? Any manual transmission guys having issues?

Any usage updates? Maintenance? Off Road?

I set mine to 5.40 w/procal, and that seems to be good enough (MT). just street driving till March 24th when I will be heading to southern MO off road (ranch?) w/the local jeep club! So far no issues, and actually after a little break in the tires seem to have smoothed out...really rides nice right now!

I am still waiting on my Procal... It is ordered. so I am still running at 4.7 and everything is just fine. I do have the auto though. But damn... my speedo is barely off... Acceleration is a touch slower but not by much. definitely feel the unsprung weight but I am probably a bit weird, I kind of like that heavy shoe feel. Makes me feel very planted.

That video is amazing, makes the Raptor look small, which is hard to do after seeing one in person. My portals arrived at the shop and I am set for install to start next Monday; I canโ€™t wait!!! Iโ€™ll post some pictures once itโ€™s done.

I found some fender flares that cut the poke down to about 1" (which is where I was at before all this). They are most definitely "chineseium" and didn't fit great out of the box, but they were the only ones I could find that used the factory quarter turn clips (although the directions do say to bolt them on). Pretty happy w/the look, till I bash em on some trees! Can't find a link to them now, but they were from Buckleupoffroad.com

Unfortunately for me they probably are not going to work on square fenders....

I do like the look though!

Evening all, been traveling a bunch.
Finally got the Turn Off Road tail gate and adjustable tire carrier installed!!
Really nice product. Instructions meh...
Ford Bronco 74Weld Bronco Portals now available! 1000015362

Feel better with the forty on the back now.

Also installed the NVR belly skids. Another instructions not that great but there product is amazing!!! Super strong feels almost bulletproof now!!!
Ford Bronco 74Weld Bronco Portals now available! 1000015408

Replaced my bash plate with the RCI one. It is 1/4" thick compared to 1/8" thick and had already bent the factory bash plate. It meets pretty much perfectly to the NVR belly skids. Supper happy with it

Have a little hill on my property and it was like nothing!!

Still need to balance the wheels. No one around here can so I ordered a balancer that will do up to 44" and 150 lbs so that better do me!!
