Got my baby picture today. It has been on the rail car and making slow progress this week. They are saying 9/11 to 9/17 for delivery.

8/5 blend date
8/8 built date according to Ford, and ETA to dealer was 9/1-9/7, but was still showing "in production" until
8/27 site changed to 'built'.. ETA to dealer has changed to 9/16-9/22
as of today 9/1, still showing "built" , and awaiting shipment

Well. It happened. Woke up at 3 am to my infant crying and decided to check the status to find that my Bronco was Built yesterday 9/1. FINALLY!

So sometime between 11pm central yesterday and 3am they decided to update the status. Still no email from Ford though.

Estimated delivery is 9/15-9/21

I'm hoping they hold mine til the Fed raises Prime to 8%. At this point half the cash i stashed for upgrades is going to be eaten by interest rate increases. C'mon Ford - hold mine longer so I can give it all to the bank...

Do you know if they hard pull your credit for the lock? 90 days may not be enough at this rate - and I don't want to hit it twice as I financed another vehicle recently.

Sure would have been nice to spend this long holiday weekend installing parts......Jtop arrived today and that was the very last thing I was waiting on to show up.......except of course for the actual vehicle.

When are they planning to hike up rates again? Google didn't help me.

No idea, however, the rates should be 3 or 4% higher than they are already. The Fed is keeping them low. There will probably be a nice hike after mid term elections. FWIW, gas will go up as well after the elections
