@akturbo this latch. My roof and many others were not connected from the factory. My roof actually would not clip. It took 2hrs and 7 different adjustment points on the roof to make it all work correctly.

This clip is directly over the rear doors and holds the roof down at the midpoint.

Thank you, This is good news. I have been waiting for a review comparing the OEM softop to the bestop. I am especially interested in how they compare in adverse and winter conditions.
We have the Trektop on order, should receive it soon and will post a review. Honestly have no issues with the factory soft top but have plenty of Ford Pass points to almost cover the Trektop and like the look better, plus I like how the back will be open and not have a huge accordian obstructing my view.

What I learned from this: Don't drive soft top Broncos through tornados

Got it ✔
I usually avoid tornados and hurricanes with my convertible. Actually I avoid when it storms cause well it leaks 🤪

Look, I understand YouTube and how views work but the title 80mph is pretty disingenuous. They were doing 70-80 and almost head on into 70-80mph winds. I'm not going to sit here and say the soft top is the best thing since sliced bread, I'd much prefer a creaky hard top, but I think this footage looks reasonable for a soft top 4x4 in 100+mph winds. There's a moment in the video where you can see the antenna nearly bent in half, tons of wind.

Thanks! I'll check mine, haven't even popped the top on mine yet.

If you ask me, the top did fine if it's still attached and didn't rip apart. This happened to my brand new TT's first trip (returning from the Grand Canyon), passing through ID with a serious head wind, the video was way worse than what I was in.

Is anyone aware of any tan/sand colored soft tops in the aftermarket? I see bestow only has black for bronco.

I generally like the content they do, but this none sense is pushing it. Make sure your soft top is properly installed and don't expect it to survive category 4 hurricane winds! Forward speed + wind speed. I expect better from people like this that are sponsored and expected to give credible info.

80 MPH Headwind + 70MPH Driving = 150 MPH wind. I'm not too concerned.

And I think the windshield broke not because the wind was blowing, but WHAT the wind was blowing.
Ron White FTW!

If you live in the arctic circle or where 80mph cross winds occur, you should probably buy a different vehicle.

As I said initially - love me some Brittany and tolerate me some Kevin.

This was just bad content all around. I know they like to try and break things and fix them up stronger but this was just not smart.

Then saying "I almost died" while filming next to a truck that had caution tape on it and then turning back around for a semi that had already been tagged by a big rig wrecker or the police?

Maybe on the road and not on the trail gets them too far out of their element but I was pretty disappointed in the content for sure.
