Got some highway shrapnel that miraculously didn't smash my windshield but worse put a dent in my A-Pillar. Has anyone ever ever done painless dent repair there or anything else. My OCD hates it.

PDR will make it disappear. A good PDR person is a magician IMO. I’ve had to have done several times on my Escape. Even on corners, dents disappear.

I've been using the local "Dent Doctor" franchisee since my 1995 Dodge 2500HD was pummeled by a hail storm in 1997. I've used him about 9 times. His skill and workmanship, and unique tools provided by Dent Doctor, are nothing less than amazing.

They should be able to get it out for the most part. Probably won't be perfect, but it's not like any of the body panels were ever perfect.

A good PDR person can get it out with no problem unless it’s creased. If it’s not creased, they can get it out without a sign of it ever being there!

A really good PDR guy with experience can do a lot; there are limitations, but it's worth taking it around for some estimates. Can you post a photo of the dent?

Actually baseball and golfball dents are almost impossible to get perfect.

I suppose it depends on who is doing it. My Escape looked like someone went after it with a ball peen hammer. Looked perfect after they were done. But I’m sure it’s dependent on who is doing it too.
