Fun-haver tier 1 mods look right up my alley for what I want to do with my Bronco.

That being said, should I keep my BL SAS order, or go stock BL. Thinking keep order BL SAS and just add mods as I go, rather then full into Fun-Haver and 37s.

Let me know what yall think, or if you're having the same thoughts.

If you don’t get Sasquatch you will need to regear.

I ordered a base SAS. It doesn't seem like they changed gears - so 4.70's in the SAS package seemed to work just great with 37's in the Rubicon trail video.

If you go manual you will still need to regear to a higher gear than 4.7 to push 37s
I ran 37s with a crawl ratio of 97 :1
4.88s in the axles, 4.0 first gear, 5.0 Atlas T-Case.
There were a lot of times where that was too low and I had to use second gear as a result.

Bronco Manual has a crawl ratio of 94.75:1 due to that crawl gear.
I think it will do just fine with 37s and 4.70 axle gears.

I fully intend to jump into the LT 37-40" tire game and am keeping my Basesquatch order for the gears and because who knows when LT's will actually hit the market.
Bird in hand and such.

Also there is no such thing as to low in a crawler, that's what all the levers are for. <fangers😁fangers>

I don’t believe it’s apples to apples but if you want to have a 2.3 with 4.7 and 37s go ahead.

The Fun Haver mods are pretty good. That's a high quality lift and good FOX shocks, although I caution to not overlook upgrades from Bilstein.

Without BL or Sas, you'll need more upgrades, but what is more the question is how you plan to wheel or use your Bronco before upgrading?

Someone else mentioned gearing, that's over $500 alone. You'll get wheels and tires regardless, so Sas or not, sure, you'll change them out, but you'll do that anyway.

Those control arms and skids for the rear arms are an agreed must for any rocks, the 2" lift is a good one, but everyone has different opinions on wheels and tires. The rear bumper is nice as well.

I currently have a F-150 with the 2.7, 3.55s with 315/70R17. First gear is plently low enough. If the first gear is similar on the Bronco, I wouldn't worry about regearing until you start hitting 39s

Why wouldn't I?
The 2.3L Bronco engine has 110HP more and 90TQ more than the Jeep engine in my above reply.
Once again, It will be fine

I have a manual badlands coming and I really think the 4.7 gears will be fine for 37's, if not I'll regear later. We won't truly know until someone has done it and can prove it. I also plan to upgrade the axles as soon as possible also. Kind of hope rcv will come out with an aftermarket set
