Of course they have a relationship with APG there's multiple videos of Liite Brite promoting their Bronco build. That didn't happen without a contract. It's why we won't see Lite Brite say anything bad about APG. Lite Brite has been the spokespeople for lots of companies like Nitto, and Bilstein, that doesn't mean they are responsible for the cooperate decisions of those companies.

No, she signed a contract, if she broke the contract there would absolutely be legal repercussions.

I think LiteBrite should run as fast as they can from this, as soon as they can, but contractually I bet they can't.

One would think that the contract would have clauses allowing it to be broken if your credibility and reputation was going to be affected, but we’re both making assumptions on a contract that may or may not exist.

Anybody catch All Terrain Nation, which broke (not) this story, say that LiteBrite/Kevin told them to lay off APG?

I'm tellin' ya, LiteBrite has a relationship with APG. Take anything @LiteBrite says with a grain (pile) of salt. Wouldn't be surprised if they find themselves in a deposition in the lawsuit about what they knew.

Oh damn. Watching it now. Not sure why they’d say that and not share the screenshots. Yeah they said it was respectful or whatever but really just leaves a lot to speculation and as we’ve seen in this thread that speculation can certainly start blowing up.

Laughed my ass off he responded to the fat comments. He left out that we wouldn’t have said anything if not for his contradictory statements regarding the top always being a scheme but then ordering one anyway thinking his status as a YouTuber would get him one ahead of the regular customers that had already been waiting years. (I recognize he did admit to this later. Called it!) And he did wear a looser shirt for this video. Cool that he’s addressing the comments directly and with a wardrobe change, now really do something about it by putting down the whiskey and make some positive lifestyle changes. You’ll enjoy life much more after losing some of that adipose tissue.

ADV = Mini-Madoff of the Bronco world. There is NO excuse for what they did. None. The fact that they let so much time pass and continuously took money from people is the clincher.

They likely bought a crap-ton of Crypto so it could be stashed away and hard to trace. I would look in that direction first. Man....the audacity of these poeple.

I'm not sure if many of you had noticed the sudden increase in ADV hardtop ads (going back to the beginning of summer) . I sure did, and now it makes sense. Pushing to increase sales to keep the boat floating as long as possible

I think we're ignoring the 3rd possibility that this whole scheme was set by LiteBrite to launder all of their OF money. *ALLEGEDLY* #dontsueme #martybyrde

Not near as active as the forum or this thread but I did see a Reddit thread and one person stated that they went there to talk to ADV in person last week. Not really an update though unfortuntely.

In the same thread, I find an interesting reply. What is this story about APG and a Ranger influencer?
