Coincidence...? This page was loaded with their suspension parts just a few days ago, now all you can get is the hood trim, body panels, and select apparel items

Not sure. I haven’t paid attention to APG ever since this all went down. Just googling to see if there’s any open lawsuits between adv and apg. I haven’t found any and it’s been over a year now. On trellis.law there’s only the one listed from a couple in NY which looks like it’s headed for settlement in November. Anyone able to find any lawsuits between these 2 crooks?

Just checked the bankruptcy website and I screenshot this document. Anyone who filed a claim does not need to refile. As of today there was an unlawful detainer filed too; Lord Google says that’s an eviction notice in California. I don’t live there so can’t verify.

This site is horrific. Maxed out my CPU - zero GPU utilization - and still lagged. Fans screaming, 1fps animations.
I can only assume their actual products are designed with similar care (all show, no go) - that is, if they sell actual products this time...

APG's site (now somewhat restored) is not much better. Copyright from 2020 (ironic, given how quickly they allegedly stole the hard top patent), home page redirects at every click...they can take your money all day long, but can't pay their web developers.
