Just spoke to the parts department. He confirmed that the on vehicle door bags are not available as an accessory. He can order the parts individually, although they are currently back ordered. List price was something like $75/bag plus $500 for the strap that holds them together! He said they're adding new accessory packages all the time so we can wait and see.

That's part of the "on vehicle storage" bag package that so far is only available at order time. I believe these are also different bags than the "garage storage" bags on the accessory page that come without a strap.
