I updated the FordPass app as noted above. And I still don’t have the check trailer lights for the ability to add service history. It’s almost like we’re getting different versions of the app.

my bronco image will forever be of an invisible body. deleted the app cache etc on every update with no luck 
even if i log into my account on my pc on a web browser it's invisible haha i still miss the old version of the app when everything worked.

Go to the App Store and see if there are any updates for this app. If there are do them. Then go and log out and log back into the app. That is what I did and I was able to see the latest updates. However, mine still does not show The ability to add service records or to check trailer lights, even though I have a dealer installed trailer hitch. Good luck.Am I looking at the wrong thing? Mine says v6.4 and was installed 9/6/24
I just want zone lighting through the app back.
Did they add back the option to view your extended warranty before I could see my my ford platinum extended warranty plan and after one of the updates that went away which was shady as fuck

Anyone know what steps you have to do to get the FordPass in the IOS Control Center? I've searched and cannot find any instructions. I'm at 5.9 and IOS 18.1.1.Mine says v5.8.3, updated today. I'm not seeing how to add Maint Records. Update does say about the Trailer Lights but not seeing that either??
First Open Control Center, you swipe from the top right corner
When open, hit the + sign at the top left or just hold your finger on the page to edit
At the bottom, click Add a Control
Scroll down till you see the Ford Pass App
I had to add the Lock and Unlock separately
Be sure you are on the page you want to add the control to or you will have to move or edit it.

Really not seeing what's left in the app, they appear to continually delete content. Even stuff that's still there now requires digging to find (went crazy looking for my VIN, was easier to pull up my State Farm app and look at my policy!). One thing I *guess* brings some value is I found out my local dealer has apparently been sold as I went in to schedule an oil change and couldn't figure out why it was showing me Murgado Ford instead of Fox Ford. I wouldn't have known otherwise; not a biggie, I bought out of state (Granger) and had used this dealer for local service and they were great, actually. Since it appears they just closed the sale this month I'm not sure if the lack of a direct interface between Ford Pass and Murgado is temporary or how Murgado operates (they are apparently a large-ish auto dealer network based in Florida) but it is *annoying* to have to sign up at their own site. Not a Ford Pass issue, obviously, but back to FP I'm not sure what it's providing me anymore that a few notes in Google Keep couldn't do (and maybe be easier to use/find).
