The rail mounts in the OEM provided mount point on the center of the dash. From there, the left and right feet rest on the dash as additional support. It's quite rigid, but I already have plans to reverse engineer the center panel in the dash that's currently plastic and make that a billet component also. This will bulletproof the mounting solution.

I plan to do A LOT of off road testing with the rail, as soon as our Bronco arrives. I'm sure you will be receiving a lot of feedback soon, when the production rails begin to arrive on doorsteps.
I am interested in the reverse engineer center panel

Couple things I personally would be interested in in the following order

1 -Would be nice could add a power plug in that area
2 -If a room a center mount speaker

Similar to the LUX section in there

Next up, installed pics of the smooth and Picatinny rails. It’s been fun watching these come to life.

PS, I saw the Ford rail installed at SEMA. It’s plastic and about as rigid as al dente noodles. Definitely not a competitor to a billet aluminum rail. 💪🏽

Going to need to track down black hardware!
Can't wait to see the billet inset for the dash, it's going to be backwards compatible to the rail?

I presume these didn’t make it into SEMA vehicles? Too bad, cause they turned out amazing!

Best laid plans…

I had 3/5ths of the parts. I just needed the feet to get machined and anodized before my buddy had to leave his shop to run his booth. They were a day late then it was just dominoes from there. I have all of the parts now. I’ll head to my local dealer and use their demo Bronco for pics.

You know it will be. 👍🏽 Which also means it will work with rails from other companies. Everyone wins.

When will they start to ship?
I’ll have a better update, Monday/Tuesday, this coming week. They are close now. We’ll target runs of 50 to anodize and ship, to keep the process moving.

Billet ‘feet’ in their respective production finish anodized colors. I’m super happy how this project is turning out.

• Tumbled Matte Clear
• Graphite Black
• Tech Bronze

We FINALLY had a chance to get the rails mounted up in a Bronco for pictures and all I can say is it does not disappoint! Our local dealer shot me a text that there was a 2 door OBX demo that was just delivered and we can get our hands on it. That was at 4 PM. We were there with keys in our hands at 5 PM. Yeah, it was dark by then, but adapt and overcome.

Right off the bat, WOW, the fitment is spot on. The rails sit just above the dash and will easily allow for rail mount adapters to fit and still be low profile. Which means your devices will sit as low as possible. The rails are easily visible through the windshield for that extra flex on those that are the have nots in the Bronco world. The tumbled matte clear and Tech Bronze finishes will absolutely pop off the dash. I took a couple pics from a passenger/driver point of view. The BAM definitely has a presence. It’s not one of those things you install and overlook. That’s for sure.

The rails are off to anodizing now. Once they are wrapped up, they’ll be shipped to me for final inspection, prep for shipping, and will be headed out our doors to all of you! As soon as I have them back from anodizing, we can get much more firm dates for shipping.

All I can say is, not too shabby for a 100% virtual development part and rapid production. Being a smaller company, decisions get made much faster and work can still be literally ram rodded with zero yellow tape to cut. You literally watched it all unfold right here. Everything from saying we’ll make the rail to getting a production part installed on a vehicle. I sincerely thank all of you for the support.
