7/20/20 res. Attention.....Wildtrak owners that were forced (by Ford) to order a my2022 because there was not a top available to us in 2021.
I just got off the phone with Ford Pass reward center and they told me if you didn't take delivery in 2021 you're SOL on the 200k pass points. Even though Ford couldn't get a top built for us and didn't even offer a soft top til 2022. As you all know ....the WT was the only trim that a soft top was NOT offered to in my21. The Modular top was differed til my23 (or later) so they offered all trim levels a free MIC top , sound deadening and washer/heat hookups or a soft top option (4 dr). Then they started having delamination problems with the MIC top so the stopped production til they could get it fixed.
Here's the rub....the WT is the only trim level that the soft top was NOT offered to....thus forcing us to reorder in October of 21 to a MY22 and screwing us out of the 200k pass points. Thank you to Ford an all your incompetence.

Per the Ford FAQ page it should be any 2021 or 2022 as long as the order was in before March 19th of '21:

"Applicable orders:
  • All First Edition series customers, regardless of roof originally ordered
  • Non-First Edition series customers with black painted modular hardtop or Dual Roof option on order as of March 19, 2021
Note: You must take delivery of the 2021 or 2022 model year Bronco vehicle to receive Bronco Roof Bonus points."

The link to the Rewards page is dead....but love the clarification. So our OP is being BS'd, surprise surprise.

You called Ford? Did you speak to your dealer? They're the ones that are going to give you your points.

Sounds like the customer service rep mis-spoke (imagine that). Many here have taken delivery in '22 and have gotten the MOD top points. Please reset DEFCON level back to 4

This is where I'm seeing a lot of "miscommunication" between dealerships and Ford corporate.
When the wife and I picked up our Bronco, the dealership had no idea that 1. We were supposed to have price protection and 2. we were supposed to get the 200k Ford Pass points. The email from the Bronco team announcing Points extension to 2022 models as well as price protection through 2023 models was sent out 6/25/21 but somehow in February when we picked up the car, this was complete news to the the dealership.

Even with the email from Ford Corporate in hand, we did not end up getting the price protection on a technicality so they gave us a little bit more on a trade-in we did to help compensate for the difference and I got away with 160k Ford pass points that the salesman manually entered into the system from his computer.

This is not correct. I have a WT customer ordered day 3, he took delivery two weeks ago and the points are there. There are a couple possibilities. One, dealer dropped MOD prior to the announcement (had one we changed 2 days before and FP said, sorry). FP is messed up and didn't auto load the points to your account. Points have to be manually redeemed by the dealer by going into your account and clicking two buttons. In this case the points might be there, they just haven't hit the button. If your order was indeed eligible, dealer should be able to show the paper trail to their Ford rep or send it to their FP specialist and get it resolved.

Well that's what I thought. My dealer said they have no control over what Ford offers.
