Where’s my 200k FordPass points

Finally after waiting over a year it’s here. Pick up will be this coming Monday. Been asking my dealer on how the 200k FordPass works and process of getting it. Sales rep is clueless on what I was even talking about Even after showing him the email directly from Ford. Has anyone received their 200k point after purchase? If so does it automatically appear after registering the bronco on FordPass? Has any had issues getting the points? if so, what was done to get it?

Day 2 reservation holder, change my painted top order to MIC top in march 2021. any insight will be appreciated.

I hate to tell you this but your dealer has to activate your points. Call ford and tell them your dealers inept. They will call them and walk them through how to properly do it. Mine showed up the next day, my dealer knew what they were doing though.

i got mine loaded by the dealer. they were in the account before i left on delivery day.they even had me sit down with the accessories specialist to get me to spend my points on upgrades. i chose not to because im buying a second one and getting another 240k .

I was told twice by Ford Pass that I had to get some special email from Ford and that I did not get it? I changed from a hardtop and ordered mine within minutes of the ordering going live so I cant believe I would not get the 200k.

Thanks for the info. My sales person is a bit clueless and lacks any motivation in doing any research. Will call Ford to see if they can help. Another reason all automakers should do away with dealers. This whole process is painful.

I only received 42,000 from my recent Bronco purchase. Was I supposed to get more than that?

Already "spent" some of them on a service on my Escape about an hour ago.

I only received 42,000 from my recent Bronco purchase. Was I supposed to get more than that?

Already "spent" some of them on a service on my Escape about an hour ago.
I think it is a huge blunder by Ford when they have not trained anyone on Fordpass so very few dealers even know how it works or what you should be awarded. I got 42k and found a 20k award that was hidden until I asked but still feel there should be 200k additional.

I am in the same boat. No email, no points. Even though I ordered a MOD and changed to MIC after the 3/19 deadline, previews in hand. The lady on the phone said they have had a lot of people fabricating the email and other stuff that put them on the defensive. Sad.

The 200,000 need added by your dealership at time of purchase as they can confirm if you actually met the criteria for those “roof bonus” points - they are not applied automatically.

The lady on the phone said they have had a lot of people fabricating the email and other stuff that put them on the defensive. Sad.
That does not surprise me at all, the few ruining it for the many.

Call the finance person at the dealer. I had been waiting for my 42k points since the end of Dec. Finally gave up texting my sales guy and called the finance office Tues and the points showed up in the app the next day.

my build date is 2/11. So far the tracker shows tbd, no window sticker, no fordpass points, no $1,000 per person fund for “buying a drink”, and even the pricing freeze are all up in the air. I have to hash it all out with the dealer. I’m confident everything will get sorted, but it’s absolutely ridiculous how backwards Ford is. Imagine if we could just order it online how much easier all this would be.

edit: res date is 7/14 2020 I 99ed to wait for new colors / basesaqutch

This is correct. My salesman took me to the parts department where they actually have a desk and bronco merchandise with a "bronco specialist". He was able to access the point system and check off the 42k and 20k. That was also my first indication that the 200k was not present. 😞
