Ok...lets forget one ASS, and refocus on the REAL A.S.S. (Auto Start Stop)

@miguel13 Whats your latest status? @flip asked for you VIN, and @Ford Motor Company reached out to you. Any news?

TAKE to the dealer, funny EVERYBODY is a internet mechanic.................

New cars are nothing to play with and could make it worse fiddling with something most have no clue on how stuff works.

I'm not sure I understand what you're trying to say.

1.) What does OP only having 3 posts have to do with anything? He joined the forum last summer, not last week.🤨

2.) He took it to TWO Ford dealers. Are they not the correct people to fix the problem?🤔

And please, could you stop using "U" for the word "you" so much. It actually makes the comments harder to read. It isn’t like it's the 1990s when we texted with flip phones and had to hit number buttons multiple times for each letter.🤪

I have a 21 SAS Badlands 2 door with the 2.7 and I have had this issue for 3 months. While driving multiple warning lights including engine light, pre collision assist warning, 4x4 off, service advance track, service now and more come on and my engine shuts off. The bronco still has power and can go into accessory mode but the engine will not crank or attempt to turn back on. I left it at my home town dealer and they reset the pcm and it seemed to work fine until the issue came back. Now at college I have been left stranded again and took it to the local dealer where they held on to it for 3 weeks and claimed they got help from the engineering hotline but only reset the pcm once again. After I picked it up I was left stranded again twice within 2 days. I called ford customer service and they can’t help me. The dealerships can’t help me. Nobody will help me. As a prior ford family dealership owner, I am extremely disappointed and dissatisfied with how ford and other dealers have attempted to help.
My ford pass app tells me it is an issue with the auto start stop feature. Has anyone else experienced a similar problem?
Nope, don't have mine yet

Just replied to @flip with the VIN, and @Ford Motor Company told me to take it back to the dealer which I did yesterday.
I sent you a DM. Are there any aftermarket devices installed? Programmer? Something plugged into the diagnostic connector? Anything at all or is it absolutely bone stock?

I'm going to vote gateway module, PCM, network wiring connection. By the codes I saw the FD1 CAN, high speed 1 &2 CAN have occupant, image processing and PCM connections in common. I could only find one that had network run through C210 which has a SSM for. The gateway module is also near that connector. Have you had a water leak or wet around the passenger side A pillar?
