Wheel gap/thigh gap, I'm a fan of both.

I like the gap on the Badlands, it’s perfect. The Sasquatch has too little space in my opinion. Makes it look stuffed which is more so for Porsches and what not

Wheel gap on a sports car = bad
Wheel gap on an off-road vehicle = good
Need some room for those to move!

Badlands is built for off-roading and crawling. You need that space in the wheel-wells.

If you don't like that space, then you have lots of other options from the factory...but you'll be limited where you can take your Bronco off-road. If you don't plan on off-roading much, then Badlands isn't the build.
I beg to differ... I rarely offroad but my badlands will absolutely destroy that killer speed bump on the way to the mall.

Hmmmm, it almost looks as though it’s an off road vehicle and not a soccer mom SUV...

I hope everyone keeps in mind the overlander Badlands concept does not have the proper/final Badlands suspension on it. It's best not to decide any suspension decision based on this suspension.

It looks like on the build and price if you switch between a badlands regular side photo and a SAS side photo that the SAS has a higher hub to body clearance

If one of you that can photo shop could run a line thru the center of the hubs and show that line compared to the body
Leaving the tires out of the equation

I know it's just cgi but it looks different when I put a scale to it

You are correct. At Cell East they had the Sasq chassis and it was 1/2 inch lift above BL due to the stiffer springs and bump stops.

You would think a stiffer spring rate and end stop valving would be at odds with each other on those shocks

Eye to eye on the coil overs would interesting to measure

If someone can get a picture of the BL upper, here's a sasq chassis to compare height. You'll see it's about a 1/2 inch difference. Not sure why I didn't take a picture of the BL myself and just the Sasq. Too excited I guess.

I;m not sure what you mean that they would be at odds with each other...Ford probably bumped up the rebound damping on the shocks for the stiffer spring, but it's simple to match them for a manufacturer.

That makes sense, as if you calculate the difference with the height numbers, it comes out to .6" difference for Sasquatch lift over Badlands.

I feel the exact opposite of you. Badlands with 33's looks great. Stuffing 35's into the same suspension by adding squatch, doesn't look great. Squatch needs more lift, very disappointing, but aftermarket will fix that.
