Can someone confirm this. I have a Base coming and like the white letters better also don’t want to do cheap stickersJust as a heads up, I believe the letters are sonic welded (melted) to the grill, to remove them you have to drill off the posts. The only way to reattach them is with epoxy.
Just buy a Base grille. It's identical to the Black Diamond, except for the letters.I don’t want sticker overlays. Then it leaves the sides white. I’d rather get the factory black plastic ones and call it a day. I called the dealership and they couldn’t find how to order just the black ones.
Let me know and I’ll trade you my black diamond grille with white letters. Can someone confirm this. I have a Base coming and like the white letters better also don’t want to do cheap stickers

Yup, confirming you have to drill out the letters if you want to swap or paint them. Not too difficult, it can be done, video linked here.@BudgetBronco did a video tutorial on painting the grill, he painted his grill white and the letters red. He shows in detail the Bronco letter removal and reattachment. It's on YouTube.
Will doLet me know and I’ll trade you my black diamond grille with white letters.
