I am glad there are people like Albert and Nick out there standing apart from the usual dealers.

I for one am staying with Granger for being a constant presence on b6g and offering the $1000 below Invoice when no one would imagine selling anywhere at or below even MSRP.

I’m gonna show my stupidity here. Invoice price is lower than MSRP, correct? Just trying to make sure I understand the big 3 dealers stating pricing (Granger $1k off invoice, Laura Ford $2k off MSRP, and this dealer at $500 below invoice).

I reserved mine at Granger because they are a high integrity dealer. Huge bonus is they are located 15 min from my house so it was an easy decision.

That is correct. Invoice being, more or less, the dealer's purchase price from the mfg.

Invoice price isn't necessarily the bottom dollar for a dealer if there is a mfg hold back, for instance.

There isn't much left but with the volume we have, each little bit makes the whole thing work for us..

If we sold at MSRP or invoice trying to make money we would maybe get a dozen...

This way we have a Corral (maybe a couple of them ) that we will fill with New Broncos for their new owners to get...

Thanks. So $2,000 off MSRP for a 2 door base is pretty good. I guess I’ll start there with my dealer.

Once again see my post above.. way more than just chasing pennies. I've even looked at the deal from Granger... If it's going to cost me $950+ just to have the vehicle shipped to me from them, I'm maybe only saving a few bucks compared to buying local and using x-plan. Difference is (and this isn't a knock on Granger), but for the extra couple of bucks I'd pay locally, I then have the benefit to inspect the truck before hand.

You brought up a very valid concern. Transportation damage is very common and when it happens, nobody is going to want to take the blame. Dealer will say it was perfect could possibly have missed something and blame the shipping company. Shipping company will want to blame the dealer.
Not only that, my Sister recently bought a new vehicle and we had looked at it previously before buying and again when picking it up. I don't know how many times I walked around it when I noticed a small dent in the roof right above the passenger side window. Dealer fixed it and you'd never know it was there, but still glad I saw it before it left the dealer. On top of this, my salesman sent her a $200 check for the extra hassle.
